Welcome to Purrfection Cat Services. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Purrfection Cat Services offers the following services: Cat Grooming, Cat Boarding, Veterinary Services, Cat Sitting, Cat Training, Cat Nutrition Consulting, and Cat Adoption Assistance. All services are subject to availability and may require prior booking.

3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

Users are required to provide accurate information when booking services. Users must ensure that their cats are up-to-date with vaccinations and disclose any health issues or special needs prior to service.

4. Payment Terms and Conditions

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods including credit cards and electronic transfers. Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service will incur a 50% charge. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

6. Liability Limitations

Purrfection Cat Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, and materials provided by Purrfection Cat Services are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected is used solely for providing our services and is handled in accordance with Canadian privacy laws.

9. Force Majeure

Purrfection Cat Services is not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseeable events.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
